This website provides information about academic editing and publication-support services. A service begins only after the parties confirm the scope, deliverables, schedule, price, and applicable payment terms in writing.
Quotations are based on the information and files available at assessment. Material changes to word count, file condition, required service depth, journal requirements, or deadline may require a revised quotation and schedule.
Authors remain responsible for research integrity, data, analysis, references, permissions, ethics approvals, authorship, conflicts of interest, funding statements, originality, and final submission decisions. Authors must review all delivered edits and information before use.
We do not fabricate data, conceal unattributed copying, provide false authorship, impersonate authors, manipulate peer review, or guarantee publication. Requests that conflict with research-integrity or publishing standards may be declined or stopped.
Clients should provide lawful access to files and remove unnecessary sensitive information. Files are handled for assessment and service delivery according to the agreed workflow. Passwords and journal credentials should not be shared unless a specific secure method is expressly agreed.
Delivery dates depend on timely receipt of complete files, instructions, payments where required, and author responses. The client must review delivered work promptly and raise specific questions within the clarification period stated in the quotation.
Clarification of delivered edits may be included for a stated period. New material, major author rewrites, changed journal requirements, additional files, or a different service objective may be treated as new scope.
Payment timing and accepted methods are stated in the quotation or invoice. Work completed before cancellation may remain chargeable. Any refund or credit depends on the confirmed agreement, project stage, and work already performed.
Editing and preparation can improve clarity and reduce avoidable technical issues, but journal acceptance, peer-review outcomes, indexing, citations, processing time, and publication decisions are controlled by third parties and are not guaranteed.
The author or lawful rights holder retains ownership of manuscript content. Editorial suggestions and service materials are supplied for the client’s authorised project use, subject to payment and any project-specific agreement.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability is limited to direct loss reasonably connected to the agreed service and does not include journal decisions, indirect loss, lost opportunity, or consequences of inaccurate author-supplied information.
